With the project of the houses of the gardens, the etudes Corporation and of Development of Sousse North comes to confirm the Harbor vocation El Kantaoui as a 1st one lay garden of the Mediterranean.
This project, winner of a competition of ideas organized by the etudes Corporation and of Development of Sousse North, comes to crown the body of l' œuvre of this first station touristique integrated in Tunisia.
The project of the Houses of the Gardens, all while being original, had to assure a coherence with his environment.
In fact, the Houses of the Gardens integrate themselves in perfect harmony with the body of the Marina. Therefore, the project allowed to create a life framework open on a big garden. The composition of the project is structured around a big place garden brightened by a musical fountain of 30 meters of diameter.

This verdant vocation was more asserted thanks to the 1,9 reserved hectares to an equipped Natureland. This park is treated in a carthaginian theme allowing thus to join the useful one to the pleasant one: garden, leisures, organization and culture.
The project of the Houses of the Gardens counts 214 category apartments luxury, commerces, coffees, restaurants around the different places, a commercial center of high standing and a parking lot of 500 places.
